You are the person who will ensure our online communities are thriving and growing. You will be our representative on the social space and will be bringing us into the limelight for the people wanting to join our tribe. You are incredible at creating on-brand graphics and developing efficient campaigns that achieve the goals we’ve set. You will be data-oriented (so you have to love your numbers and analytics), you will be great at copywriting, and will help us have follow-worthy platforms. You will ensure that our pages are informative, entertaining and engaging; we are trying to make learning fun again after all.

You need to be incredibly creative, able to ‘speak’ the language of our learners and community and play well with the rest of the team (you’ll be working with everyone in house). 


  • Build, plan and implement our overall digital marketing strategy
  • Stay up to date with latest technology,trends and digital best practices
  • Manage all Village2nation’s Academy digital marketing channels
  • Determine and measure our ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage our digital marketing budget
  • Oversee all the Village2nation’s Academy social media accounts
  • Analyze our web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost Village2nation’s Academy web presence
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
  • Keep up-to-date with our clients, potential clients and audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Identify advertising needs
  • Manage and improve our online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Build an inbound marketing plan
  • Monitor  our competition  and provide suggestions for improvement

Skills and competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
  • Experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Well acquainted with  all different digital marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills 
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
